The Code 40 is crafted in Canada and is used by sail training groups from coast to coast. Featuring highest quality hand laid-up fiberglass construction, the sleek planing hull is remarkably light. The Code 40 planes beautifully in moderate winds for exhilarating sailing.
The Code 40 provides two sailors with all the fun and challenges of a sloop (Main and Jib sails) and has an exciting trapeze and spinnaker package available.

This is a WIBO 850 MS motorsailor built in Holland. The specs are as follows: Lenght - 8.5m, Beam - 2.6m, Draft - 1.1m, Displacement - 4200 kg, Ballast 1500 kg. This boat has a 25 hp Volvo diesel, lots of storage, great lines with a hard chine hull, a wooden mast that folds down on a pivot point to allow for passage under bridges, and a Volvo Ardic diesel furnace (around $3000 for a used one if you were to buy). There are two steering stations with a wheel in the cabin and a tiller at the rear. The sails are almost brand new and as it is a motorsalor the cabin is raised with great sight lines. This boat has been sitting for awhile and needs some TLC, in particular the hull needs to be scraped and recoated, the superstructure requires some paint touch up, the mast needs to be refinished, the interior requires some TLC and the ac wiring needs to be converted to North American specs as the boat still has the original european plugs, Their are two anchors and all rigging and winches are in good shape. Located in Mississauga, Ontario. |
